The Municipality of Rocky Harbour are advising residents and businesses, effective immediately September 16, 2021, to boil their drinking water. This would include water used for:
• brushing teeth
• making ice
• making juices and other drinks from concentrate or powders
• making coffee, tea, etc.
• making infant formula and cereal
• washing fruits and vegetables
Please Note: Bring water to a rigorous rolling boil for one (1) minute. The Municipality of Rocky Harbour will advise residents when the boil water advisory is no longer in effect. In the interest of protecting public health, your attention to this boil water advisory is appreciated.

The Town of Rocky Harbour wishes to advise residents and businesses that a water outage has been scheduled for Tuesday,September 14, 2021 commencing at 9:00 am. The outage is scheduled to last for approximately 6-8 hours. This is necessary to complete a new connection to the water distribution system.
Please Note: During the weeks of September 14-23, 2021, there will be periodic water outages occurring that may impact households and businesses throughout town.
IMPORTANT: Starting on September 14, 2021, the entire town will be placed on a Precautionary Boil Order.
